Innovarchi's Gold Coast House shows a immense emphasis on the environmental surroundings and filtering as much of it though the house as possible. the bulk of the house is completely walled with glass curtaining. Innovarchi wanted the user's to experiences as much of the fantastic surrounding views as possible.
A House is a container of human activities:
The Gold Coast House was designed in specific intent on aid to the houses of inhabitants. The client was a ballet dancers so the bottom of the story was completely designed to be a spring loaded wooden varnished floor. The room was fully opened planned designed to expose as much internal space needed to construct an appropriate dance studio.

A House is a delightful experience:
This houses pure glass curtain walls gives the impression the upper level of the Gold Coast House is floating, this novelty creates, in my opinion a delightful experience. The pure and open planned design scheme along with the spectacular views ensure the highest standard of aesthetic greatness. I also find the lack of privacy an interesting fact of this home it makes me wonder if it was designed this way because this site it was built on is secluded enough?
